The three practices will be merging as of 1st April 2024 and will be operating as a single GP practice under the name of Fountayne Road Medical Practice.
This practice merger will enable the three surgeries to share resources and expertise to better provide seamless care to our patients. Once the practices have merged your healthcare will not be affected. All of the same doctors, healthcare professionals and staff will still be part of the new merged team.
Over the coming weeks we will be working closely to integrate systems and combine processes. During this transition period we aim to keep any disruption to patient services to a minimum and will inform you in advance if there are any issues.
