We have been commissioned by your local NHS to deliver a free service for people living with Type 2 Diabetes in City and Hackney. Since 2017, we’ve supported over 200,000 people to build new habits and gain confidence so they can better manage their health.
Our NHS-funded Diabities structured education programme has been available since March 2023, in City and Hackney, and to date, we have seen 163 people from your area start their journey.
