At these times a receptionist is available to deal with patients’ queries, booking appointments and for ordering and collecting repeat prescriptions. Entrance to the health centre is on the left side of the building at the end of the path.

The practice will now receive urgent telephone calls from patients between 1pm and 2pm to deal with medical problems but will not deal with non urgent calls about booking appointments etc. Also, between 1pm and 2pm there will be no face to face services (booking appointments or picking up prescriptions) as this is staff lunch break.
Use of Personal Health information and Data Protection Policy
The practice operates a policy of total confidentiality and data protection regarding the patient’s personal health in accordance with Data Protection Act of 1988.
Information will be transferred only when necessary after obtaining the written consent from the patient. Please note that medical records are subject to inspection by the Primary Care Trust or its equivalent, for the purpose of financial audit, record validation and research. Should you wish your records to be excluded from such inspection or use, please speak with the reception staff.
In addition to Dr Hadid, there is 1 regular male Locum Doctor. There are 4 receptionists who are responsible for booking appointments, record keeping scanning and filing. There is also a Practice Manager and an Administrator to deal with patients enquiries and complaints.
Also attached to the practice are District Nurses (by referral only), community Midwives (by referral only) and a Health Visitor.
When doctor Hadid is on holiday the Locum Doctor will provide the service.
