Repeat Prescriptions

Please Note: Patients can now order repeat prescriptions online, please contact reception for details. 

Patients should take the responsibility for their medications and make sure they order their repeat prescriptions before their medication runs out.
Repeat prescriptions can be obtained by submitting the repeat prescription slip either in person or by ordering online through Patient Access or through practice generic email. Patients can also ask their nominated pharmacist to request the repeat prescription on their behalf. Requests for repeat prescriptions will NOT be accepted over the phone. Please allow 24 hours before collection. If you are unable to come to the surgery please send the repeat prescription slip by post with a stamped self-addressed envelope and we will be happy to post it back.


In an emergency, please telephone the surgery. If the surgery is closed please ring the New Emergency Out of Hours Service being provided by London Ambulance Service on 111.

Home Visits

Patients too ill to attend the surgery, please ring the surgery to request a home visit by the doctor.

Registering with the Practice

For patients wishing to register that are within our catchment area (to check if you are within the catchment area please click here, please provide one proof of photo ID or birth certificate and one proof of address this must be a bill, bank statement or tenancy agreement. For patient wishing to be registered who are under the age of 16, please provide Birth Certificate or Passport and their red health record book.

Complaints Procedure

Complaints should be directed to the Practice Administrator (Sonia) Gurmesh Kaur either verbally or in writing and she will endeavour to deal with the complaint fairly by negotiating with the two parties concerned.

If you have a complaint which cannot be resolved locally with the complaints manager you can contact NHS England on 0300 311 2233.

Suggestions from patients to improve the service are also welcome.

Disabled Patients

The surgery is purpose built to facilitate patients in wheelchairs.

Abusive Behaviour

The practice also operates a policy of zero tolerance in respect to abusive behaviour by patients towards the practice staff. Patients are expected to treat the staff politely. The practice reserves the right to remove a patient from the list in-case of abusive behaviour.

GP mean earrings

From 31st March 2016 all GP Practices are required to publish the mean earnings (average pay) for GPs working to deliver NHS services to patients at each practice.The average pay for Dr. Hadid who is a single handed GP at Rosewood Practice in the last financial year (2014-2015 ) was £32.000 before tax and National Insurance.
